Do I need to install anything?
No. Dental-Pro-Assistant is a web app — it works in any modern browser on desktop, tablet, or phone. There is a mobile-optimised layout for iPads at chairside. No app store download required.
Is my patient data safe and GDPR compliant?
Yes. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We maintain an Article 30 processing activity log, support 2FA login, and provide one-click data export (Article 20) and deletion (Article 17). Each practice's data is fully isolated via Row Level Security.
Can I import my existing patients?
Yes. The patient import wizard accepts CSV files with automatic field mapping. Most practice management software exports (Excel, CSV) import without any formatting changes.
Do you support WhatsApp Business for appointment reminders?
Yes. We integrate with the official Meta WhatsApp Business Cloud API. You need a WhatsApp Business account with an approved number — setup takes about 30 minutes and we guide you through it.
What if I want to cancel?
Cancel anytime from the billing portal — no questions asked, no cancellation fee. Export all your data at any time. After cancellation, data is retained for 30 days then permanently deleted per GDPR Article 17.
